the hotspring was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience that we enjoyed. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. As for location, the hotel was situated in a convenient spot close to the festival we were attending.
the biggest downside was the pillows, as they were uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep.

At Super Hotel Kumamoto Yamaga, we were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the nice hotspring on the ground floor. the spotless Japanese rooms offered a comfortable stay, with clean bathrooms and cozy beds. the breakfast, though crowded, looked delicious with a variety of Japanese dishes to choose from. the location provided a convenient base for exploring the nearby Yamaga toro matsuri.
It would have been more comfortable if the hotel provided more pillows for each guest.

Great Staff and Relaxing Hotspring
We recently visited a hotel in Yamaga and absolutely loved our stay! The staff was amazing and very friendly, always going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during our stay. The highlight of our visit was the hot spring on the ground floor, which was absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing. the hotel was conveniently located near many great attractions and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
The only negative aspect of our stay at the hotel was the pillow, which was not very comfortable. there was only one pillow in the room which wasn't ideal for my partner and me to share.
